About Vel Events
We are an event management company. We design nights, hire the right vendors, and call the show. Clients buy production — not a hall, not a flower arrangement on its own.

What the company does
Vel Events was founded to put planning, décor direction, technical production, and hospitality under one studio. Hosts were tired of buying each piece separately and discovering on the night that nobody owned the timeline.
We work from Chennai, and we travel. A wedding in Udaipur, a summit in Chennai, a launch in Mumbai — the product is the same: a written plan, a crew, and a person who is show-calling while you are in the photographs.
How you buy the work
Packages on this site are starting retainers. They are the commercial product: a scoped production fee with guest bands and inclusions. Venue, catering, florals, and talent are quoted against your brief and listed on the statement of work.
An enquiry is not a booking. A paid retainer holds the date. That is how we protect your weekend and our crew calendar.
Browse packagesHow a booking runs
01
Brief
We start with people, budget, date, and the feeling you want the room to hold.
02
Design
Mood, floor plan, vendors, and a production schedule you can actually run.
03
Build
Contracts, rehearsals, technical plots, and guest communications — locked before load-in.
04
Show day
Our crew calls the event so you can be a host, not a project manager.

Clients
“Vel Events ran a three-day wedding like a studio production. Guests never saw the work. We only saw the evening we had hoped for.”
“Our annual leadership summit needed tight AV and a calm registration desk. The Vel team delivered both, on a compressed timeline.”
“The product launch looked expensive because the details were considered — lighting, arrival, and the reveal — not because we overspent.”
