Dr. Violinist K. Logeswaran is a Selangor-based Indian classical musician. He performs and teaches Carnatic violin and Carnatic vocal, and is known for a contemporary style that keeps the classical line while meeting Western colours - the specialty he sent through as contemporary Indian classical violin instrumental music.
He started violin and vocal at the age of five with Guru Ananthi Daniel Kunar, then continued classical violin with Kumari Rajeswary Rajarathnam and vocal with Guru Srimathi Padma Subramaniam in Kuala Lumpur. Further study in Bangalore included Nadaswara Vidwan Bangalore M. Kodandaraman and Bangalore M. Lakshmanan, and a diploma in Indian classical music and performing arts under violin maestro S. Chandrasekaran and Guru N. Natarajan.
His first instrumental album, The Violin Expression, was recorded at Sound Best Studios in Bangalore and launched in 1996 by Dato’ Seri S. Samy Vellu. He is the principal of NAADHAM Music & Fine Arts (NIFA) in Damansara Jaya, Petaling Jaya - an academy for violin and Indian classical music that has run for 25 years. Weekend violin and sangeetham classes are offered from age six, with no upper age limit.
Early concert work included sitar-and-violin duets with Samuel J. Dass at K.R. Tun Sambanthan Auditorium and the Petaling Jaya Civic Centre in 1993 and 1994. In 1994 he performed in Chennai in the presence of violinist Kunnakudi Vaidyanathan. As a composer and music director he has scored fusion albums including Thulasi, Tilak, Manjari, Oviyan, and Samarpanam, and in 2009 produced Shakti Prodigy’s with his students. He has also performed with drummer Lewis Pragasam.
Broadcast work includes judging Astro Paadal Thiran Pooti with film music directors Mani Sharma (2005) and later Vijay Antony and James Vasanthan (2011), and the educational series Raagam Arivom on Astro Vaanavil. He plays corporate events, wedding receptions, fusion concerts, and contemporary sets in Kuala Lumpur and Singapore; a 2010 violin performance for Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah of Selangor; and the 2011 Deepavali Open House at Batu Caves. His site records an honorary doctorate in Musical Arts (2020) and the SCLRRCscoop title Best Rhythmite Maestro the same year. He served as vice-president of Persatuan Pengiktirafan Kesenian & Kebudayaan Malaysia (PPKKM) in 2018.

Vel Events booked him for the March 2026 hotel birthday in Cheras, on a bill with Malaysian singer Darrkey and DJ Sathia from Singapore. He holds the Malaysia desk for Vel Events International from Petaling Jaya.
