A corporate event checklist that actually gets used

Registration, speakers, AV, catering, and the closing dinner — the sequence we run for summits and annual days.

A corporate event checklist that actually gets used

A corporate programme fails in the seams: a speaker without a clicker, a lunch queue that eats the afternoon, a livestream that nobody tested on the hotel Wi-Fi.

We work backwards from the run-of-show. Once the agenda is locked, we assign owners: registration lead, stage manager, F&B captain, and a single client-side decision maker. Two decision makers in the room is how cues slip.

Technical rehearsal is not optional. If there are films, we watch them on the actual LED wall. If there are remote speakers, we test the codec the week before, not an hour before doors.

Hospitality is part of production. Badges, wayfinding, water, and a quiet room for speakers are not “nice extras.” They are how 400 people move without asking staff the same question.

When you book a Corporate Summit package with Vel Events, this checklist is the product. The stage looks considered because the operations were considered first.
