Couples often brief us on colour palettes. We also brief them on walking distances, toilet counts, and how grandmother reaches her seat.

Guest flow is a production problem. Cars, valet, security, and the first drink should be one sequence. If the bar is a ten-minute walk from the ceremony, you will lose the room before speeches.

We draw the site as a map of decisions: where photographs happen, where children go, where vendors load in without crossing the aisle. That drawing is as important as the moodboard.
