When to book: a practical timeline for 2026–27 dates

Venues book first. Production studios book second. If you have a venue hold and no producer, you are already late for peak season.

For a Grand Wedding in winter, we want a signed retainer nine to twelve months out. Intimate dates can move faster — twelve to sixteen weeks is workable if vendors are free.

Corporate summits follow the financial year. Q4 programmes should be locked before the previous quarter’s travel freeze. Brand launches can be six to eight weeks if the brief is narrow and the venue is confirmed.

An enquiry on this website is the start of the order: date, guest count, city, and which package you are considering. We reply with availability, then a statement of work.

We do not hold dates on a WhatsApp message. A retainer invoice holds the date. That is how we protect your weekend and our crew calendar.
